Returns worldwide

Customers worldwide may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order.

The easiest way to request a return is through Start a return. Alternatively, email info@lievrerunning.com.

We will confirm receipt of your request by email.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless expressly agreed by LIÈVRE RUNNING.

After notifying us, you have 14 days to return the item(s). Once received, your refund will be processed within 14 days using the original payment method.

Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if they have been unsealed after delivery.
