Shipping Destinations

Worldwide shipping is available for a flat rate of 6.90 CHF.

Order Processing

Orders are fulfilled from our partner warehouses in Europe and Asia. Please allow 2–6 business days for your order to be carefully prepared before dispatch.

Delivery Times

Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 4–10 business days, depending on the destination.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs procedures, local carrier operations, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees depending on the destination country.

These charges are not included in the shipping rate and remain the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs authority for further information before placing an order.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please allow some time for the tracking link to become active after receiving the confirmation email.

Shipping Restrictions

We are currently unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
