We currently ship to all regions within Switzerland and internationally to selected countries.
Shipping Times
- Domestic Shipping (Switzerland): Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-4 business days. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 2-5 business days depending on your location.

International Shipping: Orders are processed and shipped within 1-4 business days. Delivery times vary by destination, typically ranging from 5-14 business days. Please note that international shipping may be subject to customs delays.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Certain items may have shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or destination.
Lost or Damaged Packages
We take great care in packaging and shipping your orders. However, if your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will work with Swiss Post to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
